This lovely Dalmatian Villa is situated in Škrip, the oldest settlment on the island; in the hinterland of island Brac, only 3 km from the seashore. Having a unique position on a hill with refreshing breeze, the villa has amazing sea views in various directions; to the mainland and the canyon of the river Cetina, to Biokovo mountain and old village of Škrip.
The Villa is a single-storey house with total space of about 120m2, large covered terrace of about 30m2 that surrounds the house and yard of about 500m2 with a pool 6.5m x 3.5m with sunbeds and an outside shower.
This villa can comfortably accommodate 6 persons in 3 double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms.
Its special feature is the traditional design and natural building materials like wood and stone, with lots of flowers in the garden, our owner's pride. This is a unique place where the guests can relax and enjoy in silent, nature sounds and fabulous views. Contemporary in style with large areas of glass, the interior is spacious and light filled.
The entrance to the house takes you directly to the spacious air conditioned living/dining area with a big sofa and a coffee table, as well as a dining table with chairs.
From the living area you have a direct access to the large covered terrace.
A wooden staircase leads you up to the open first floor large gallery with an open plan double bedroom and a bathroom. The gallery has a sofa (or a double bed), and a charming corner with a writing table. All four walls have windows, and a special spot is a balcony hidden in the roof where you can have coffee while enjoying beautiful sea views.
