The spacious Villa is perfectly positioned in peaceful surroundings, on a peninsula in a picturesque bay of the magnificent beauty, on the Western coast of Brac island.
All around the property you can enjoy a stunning view to the sea and amazing sunsets.
The house (180 sq.m.) is surrounded by a huge private garden, set on 3.000 sq.m. and filled with scent of lavender, rosemary, olives, figs, lemons, peaches and other aromatic plants.

Approximately 80 steps lead you directly to the sea (air distance 50m) and a small stone jetty where you can sunbathe, swim or rent a dinghy to explore the coves nearby.
