Our lovely Apartment set in a detached luxury villa is perfectly positioned on top of a hill between two bays in a traditional peaceful island village by the sea on Western coast of Brac Island and surrounded by huge mediterranean terraced garden (3000 sq.m.).
The huge beautiful garden with a comfortable teak and bamboo furniture and outside barbecue with a stone table near the swimming pool are the best place to enjoy your holiday.
Large swimming pool (13m x 5m) set in a most fantastic and secluded position with stunning view to the sea and a little hamlet in the foot of the bay. And yet 50m below the steps lead to the stone beach and a jetty where you can swim, or rent a boat and explore the coves nearby.
Covered terrace, parasols, and natural greenery will take care of the heat, while you enjoy in your deckchair.
Our Apartment with separate entrance and terraces can accommodate 4 persons.
You enter to a large living-dining area with small kitchen directly from the covered terrace where you can enjoy the view from deckchairs or have dinner al fresco.
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower + 1 toilet with shower near the swimming pool. A comfortable sofa and armchair, satellite TV, CD player are their for your relaxation time.
Discreet couple of owners who live in the separate villa on the property will take care of the garden and the pool for your use only. Ideal for couples or small families searching for a quiet place from where take trips to many lovely places on the Island Brac.

The whole property is located on a cape between 2 bays.
Approximately 80 steps lead you directly to the sea (air distance 50m) and a small stone jetty where you can sunbathe, swim or rent a dinghy to explore the coves nearby.
Centre of the village: 300m
Within walking distance about 300m, where you can find a little shop, a simple family restaurant and a small bar.
Distance to neighbouring villages: 7 km to Sutivan and Milna (supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, banks).
Other interesting places on the island are within the distance of 15 – 45 km.
Car-ferry harbour Supetar 15 min by car.
Split Airport approx. 30 km / 2 hours (including ferry crossing).
